Cultivate Stronger Competency Skills
In our society, we often look to others for validation of our abilities. A healthier strategy is to learn to cultivate our own sense of internal confidence through our unique competencies. In this session, we’ll discuss why we suffer when comparing our accomplishments with other people and get to the bottom of why it can be so hard to own our authentic strengths. Separating worth from productivity gives students a road map to follow for their own emotional resilience journey, and helps us to feel more secure and self-reliant in the world.
